A very soft blend that produces a very classic yarn. It has a very clear stitch definition, so your patterns and cables come out very nicely.
Perfect for the sailor jumper revisited by Bristol Ivy, Offshore V Neck (and unisex!). Or for Zoria by Marzena Kolaczec, a loose V-neck jumper with a floral pattern.
Mixed with a mohair yarn you will add a fluffy look to it, which is very suitable for the oversized jumpers that we want to wrap ourselves into.
When you double the yarns, here are the amounts you will need: for one ball of Gepard Kid Seta mohair (25gr/210m), you will roughly 2 balls of Merino yak (50gr/115m).
I've knitted Sweater No. 11 by My Favourite Things this way. Two other jumper ideas for the same yarn combination: Sailors Gansey by Rimmen Design and Ppoppo by AEGYOKNIT.
I've added a list of Merino Yak/Kid Seta colours to give an idea of how they match.
