30% tussah silk, 70% French linen
50 gr - 175 m

needle size 3 - 4.5 mm
sample 10 x 10 cm : 17-24 m, 22 -35 rgs

A rather incredible material, with the rough aspect of linen and the solidity of silk. It's not the easiest yarn to knit, but once your sample has been washed... the fibres will have been inflated with air. The dry, rough feel you got while knitting disappears, and you get a real summer knit that lets the air in when it's hot.

I'm still sampling it, but my choice of pattern is made... Shore Tee by Anne Ventzel.
