ball of 50 gr - 150 m
neddlesize n° 3 - 4 mm
sample 10 x 10 cm : 21-24 sts x 30-32 rws in stockinette (washed sample!!)

Linen is a very dry fibre, a little coarse when you knit it up, with no elasticity whatsoever. You will have to wash your work to give it some smoothness... but then you'll love the slightly shiny, super light material that feels so good on your skin when it's hot!
An advantage of Lino is that the yarn is tightly spun so it doesn't split when knit, making it easier to work with.
Use sharp enough needles to catch aal the threads.
